Hand Coiling Laborer

We are seeking a motivated Hand Coiling Laborer who enjoys working with machines and their hands in a factory environment. The ideal candidate will be trained to hand coil springs by cutting and coiling straight wire from machines. This labor-intensive role offers significant opportunities for growth and advancement within the production process, including skill development across various machines and departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up hand coiling machines
• Cut and coil wire into springs following production specifications
• Manage workstation organization and prep equipment for efficient workflow
• Maintain consistent quality and accuracy in spring production
• Work on multiple jobs, including during inspection phases, to maximize productivity
• Collaborate as an individual contributor within the team

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in manufacturing or factory roles
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic mechanical skills and machine operation knowledge
• Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
