Production Worker - Entry Level Manufacturing

Production Worker (3rd Shift only)
Seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in manufacturing and learn machine operation skills in a hands-on environment.

What You'll Do:

• Learn to operate and adjust production machinery
• Produce quality parts according to work instructions
• Perform basic product inspections using measuring tools
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
• Complete production documentation and records
• Work closely with experienced operators and supervisors
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work overtime and occasional holiday shifts as needed
