Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Medical Appointment Scheduler to join their small, supportive call center team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, stays organized, and wants to make a positive impact by connecting patients with the care they need.

Pay & Schedule

• $15.00 per hour to start
• Pay rate will increase upon conversion to our client
• Holidays off
• On‐site position
• Stable schedule in a collaborative call‐center environment

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound patient calls and place outbound calls as needed
• Schedule medical and dental appointments using the Practice Management System (PMS)
• Verify and accurately record patient demographics
• Identify, confirm, and document health and dental insurance plans
• Process referral requests and route information appropriately
• Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate service to all patients

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous call center, scheduling, or medical office experience helpful but not required
• Strong communication and customer‐service skills
• Comfortable with computers and data entry
• Detail‐oriented, dependable, and patient‐focused
• Ability to work on site as part of a small team
