Independent Contractor In-Home Caregiver — Private Residence, Laguna Beach

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and compassionate in-home caregiver to assist an elderly woman in a private residence in Laguna Beach, California.

This is an opportunity to work in an extremely upscale, peaceful, and well-maintained home environment for a family that values professionalism, discretion, kindness, and consistency.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and attentive daily support
• Assisting with basic activities of daily living as needed
• Light meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping related to the client’s care
• Assisting with mobility and safety in the home
• Coordinating with family members regarding daily updates
• Running occasional errands, if appropriate
• Maintaining a calm, respectful, and professional presence in the home

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• Warm, patient, and trustworthy
• Experienced in elder care, private caregiving, or companion care
• Extremely dependable and punctual
• Professional, discreet, and respectful of privacy
• Comfortable working in a high-end private home
• Able to communicate clearly with family members
• Calm under pressure and attentive to detail
• A non-smoker
• CPR/First Aid certified preferred
• CNA, HHA, or related caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
