Now Hiring: Home Health Aide (HHA)

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19115

We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide overnight care for a 20-year-old female with special needs.

Pay Rate: $16.00–$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Overnight Shift: 6:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Approximately 42 hours per week
• Rotating schedule:
• • Week 1: 6 overnight shifts
  • Week 2: 5 overnight shifts
• Consistent rotating schedule

Position Requirements:

• Previous Home Health Aide or caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
• Strong commitment to client safety and supervision

Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight supervision to ensure the client's safety and well-being
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment throughout the night
• Follow the established care plan and communicate any concerns with the care team
• Arrive on time each shift, as reliability is essential due to the family's work schedule
