Customer Service/Order Processing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Processing Specialist to join our team near Huntington Park! This is an excellent Temp-to-Hire opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Payrate: $22.00 – $25.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Accurately and efficiently enter and process incoming customer orders into the system
• Manage and process EDI Transactions using Merchant software, including purchase orders, acknowledgments, invoices, and related documents
• Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, tracking requests, and order status updates.
• Problem Solving: Resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or billing questions promptly and professionally
• Generate reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel
• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with warehousing, purchasing, and accounting departments to ensure seamless service
• Perform general administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, data entry, order processing, or administrative roles preferred
• Experience with EDI processing using Merchant Software
• Experience with Adagio Accounting Software is a plus
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Statements, SUMIF/SUMIFS, Pivot Tables
• Experience with Data validation and reporting
• Multitasking abilities with a high attention to detail
