The Canton Student Loan Foundation is a Stark County non-profit dedicated to providing low interest student loans to graduates of Stark County high schools. For over 100 years we've helped students pursue post high school education and training.
We are looking for a part time (15 hours a week) administrative assistant to assist with the loan and membership programs. This position will work as part of a team and be expected to interact effectively and courteously with customers, board members and the community.
Qualifications include:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The Canton Student Loan Foundation provides low-interest student loans for Stark County graduates. Our founders wanted to make post high school education/training a reality for local students. Today, our donors, Board members and staff carry on this tradition by developing, maintaining and loaning a revolving pool of funds. As students pay back their loans, these funds go back into the pool. We loan these funds again and the work of the Foundation continues.
