$51,000–$55,000 annually
Eligible for a 7% annual performance bonus
Schedule:
35-hour work week
Flexible schedule based on business needs

Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Order Management & Returns Specialist to support subscription services, customer account management, returns processing, and billing-related activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex issues, working independently, and collaborating across multiple departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The successful candidate will serve as a key resource for order processing, account maintenance, returns management, and customer support while identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Order Management & Returns Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage subscription orders, returns, credits, renewals, account updates, and service activations/deactivations
- Resolve customer inquiries related to billing, account access, subscription services, and order status
- Process and track return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and related transactions
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within Salesforce and internal systems
- Analyze customer data and identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve complex service concerns
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide reporting, updates, and recommendations to leadership as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help optimize workflows and service delivery
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, account management, help desk, or related support roles
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and solve complex issues
- Experience with CRM and business systems, including Salesforce
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
- ERP experience such as QAD is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
