We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid experience with QuickBooks. This role is essential to supporting daily office operations and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls professionally
- Create and manage service tickets
- Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- File and organize documents and records
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for daily administrative tasks
- Assist with general office duties as needed
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Required: Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience in an office role preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shift
