About the Role:
Compassionate Home Health Care LLC is looking for dedicated and caring CNAs and Home Health Aides (HAAs) to join our team in Indianapolis, IN! This is a rewarding opportunity — available in both full-time and part-time capacities — to make a real difference in the lives of patients receiving care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes in condition to supervising staff
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean home environment for patients
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Document care activities accurately and maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HAA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Prior experience in home health, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Indianapolis area
- Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
