Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish-English)

Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-Site)

Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour + Performance Bonuses

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account information, and service-related concerns.
  • Research customer issues and provide accurate solutions.
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer support.
  • Maintain product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Meet quality, performance, and customer satisfaction goals.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
