We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Sealcoat & Striping Technician to maintain and restore commercial parking lots for our restaurant and retail clients. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in transforming a worn-out property into a clean, professional space, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, we want you on our crew!

What You Will Do

• Surface Prep & Repair: Clean parking lot surfaces, clear debris, and fill cracks and potholes with asphalt patching materials.
• Sealcoating: Apply commercial-grade sealcoat to protect and restore asphalt surfaces at various restaurant and commercial properties.
• Line Striping: Operate line-striping machinery to accurately paint parking spaces, fire lanes, ADA-compliant symbols, and directional arrows.
• Equipment Maintenance: Safely operate, clean, and maintain all company trucks, sprayers, and striping equipment.
• Ensure all job sites are set up safely with proper cones and barricades to direct traffic around wet sealant.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in sealcoating, asphalt repair, line striping, or heavy outdoor labor is highly preferred (but we are willing to train the right hardworking candidate).
• Strong attention to detail—you must be able to paint straight lines and follow precise property blueprints!
• Physical stamina: Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions (including summer heat).
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the shop or travel to local job sites.
• Reliability and a strong team-player mindset.
