Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry | Lima, OH | Up to $2,366/Week

📍 Location: Lima, Ohio
🩺 Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry

⏳ Contract Length: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
⏰ Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts (36 hours/week guaranteed)
💰 Pay: Up to $2,366/week (based on 36 hours)

Position Highlights

• 13-week travel assignment

• 36 guaranteed hours per week

• Every other weekend

• No on-call requirement

• Float to units within skill level as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med Surg/Telemetry patients

• Perform patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care

• Monitor telemetry and recognize cardiac rhythm changes

• Administer and titrate cardiac medications safely

• Identify changes in patient condition and respond appropriately

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License

• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience

• Strong telemetry interpretation skills

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Required Certifications

• BLS (AHA)

• ACLS (AHA)

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
