• Board: BC
  
• Licenses: OR 
  
• DEA: Active
  
• Certifications: BLS
  
• Experience: Residency/Fellowship required
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct hospital-based outpatient care
  
• Chemotherapy program director/provider
  
• Perform bone marrow biopsies
  
• Manage 15-18 patients per day
  
• 1-3 phone consults per week
