JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified Medical Oncology or Board Eligible (0-5 years); Hematology preferred
• Licenses: Active Oregon license required; Universal License (IMLC) accepted
• DEA: Active DEA certification required (during credentialing)
• Certifications: BLS required

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient hematology/oncology care
• Serve as chemotherapy program director/provider
• Perform bone marrow biopsies
• Manage patient consultations (1-3 per week)
• Manage patient volume of 15-18 per day
