Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Nurse Practitioner for inpatient neurosurgery in Boston, Massachusetts. This locum tenens role involves day-to-day patient care, including rounding with residents, reviewing patients, managing orders, and discharges within a hospital setting. The position supports a resident-driven inpatient workflow, with no OR duties and a focus on patient management.

Confirmed Clinical Scope

Practice Environment
This hospital-based neurosurgery program provides inpatient care for adult patients, supported by a resident team. The environment features Epic EMR for charting and documentation, with APPs supporting resident-led patient management. APPs do not participate in surgical procedures.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certified in Neurosurgery required
- Minimum of 1 year neuro/neurosurgery experience
- Ability to remove drains (Hemovac/Jackson-Pratt) preferred
