Practice Environment

Practice within a recently expanded and renovated community hospital offering modern surgical facilities and a collaborative anesthesia care environment. Providers will work closely with surgeons, perioperative nursing staff, and procedural teams while supporting two primary operating rooms caring for a broad surgical population.

Primary Surgical Services

• General Surgery
• Orthopedic Surgery
• Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Gastroenterology
• Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Occasional)

Common Case Mix

• General Surgical Procedures
• Orthopedic Cases
• Endoscopy
• Women's Health Procedures

Excluded Cases

• No Cardiac Surgery
• No Neurosurgical Cases

Call Responsibilities

• Off-Site Beeper Call
• Weekday Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend and Holiday Call Rotation
• Hourly Callback Compensation When Activated

Candidate Requirements

• Active Arizona CRNA License
• NBCRNA Certification
• ACLS
• PALS
• Clean Malpractice History
• Full-Time Availability Preferred
• Minimum Availability of Three Weeks Per Month
