We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 13-week travel assignment working varied 8-hour day shifts with 40 guaranteed hours per week.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of acute care Social Work experience
- Active California LCSW license
- BLS certification required
- California 5150 Certification required
- Previous California Dignity Health experience is required
- Experience with Cerner electronic medical record preferred
- Strong knowledge of discharge planning, crisis intervention, care coordination, and psychosocial assessments
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care environment
