J&R Schugel continues its commitment to drivers in 2025 with CDL-A Dedicated opportunities designed to deliver stability, steady earnings, and unmatched support. With consistent, customer-specific freight and dependable mile patterns, this is a route where drivers can build the balance, confidence, and career growth they’ve been searching for.

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Pay & Miles

●      $0.62 – $0.66 CPM

●      Limited Time $2,500 sign on!

●      $250 Orientation Pay + $1,000 vacation pay

●      Monthly safety bonus based on performance

●      Bi-annual compensation reviews

●      Unlimited referral incentives – earn $2,000 per hired driver.

●      Detention, layover & stop pay

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements

●      Valid CDL-A

●      Minimum age: 21

●      12 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience (within the last 3 years)

●      Refrigerated experience

●      Safe driving record

●      Stable work history
