Pay & Compensation

MVT offers competitive weekly earnings with opportunities for both solo drivers and established teams.

Solo Regional Drivers

• Earn $1,125–$1,680 per week
• Weekly direct deposit
• Paid orientation

Regional Team Drivers

• Average $2,100–$2,300 per driver, per week
• Consistent miles and engineered team lanes
• Weekly direct deposit
• Paid orientation

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
