About who needs care: Fell and had a hip replacement Been in a rehab facility for one month still only walking with a walker Lost a lot of weight - is weak and little dizzy Need help with getting physical therapist there 4 times a week. Need help getting him to doctor appts and scheduling these possibly. Need help with meals and food ordering About the care needs: He is a widower and is very reclusive and doesn't really like to leave the house. He worked at Disney in the production studios and LOVES TV. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
