Companion Care Needed

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 70s (Age 79). I'm looking for someone to help keep her active, help doing simple physical therapy exercises almost daily or every other day for and hour or so. She has osteoarthritis, so she has pain with getting up and movement, most of the time. She also has early stages of dementia. She lives with her 80-year-old husband who cares for of her otherwise.
