About who needs care: Minor cognitive decline Poor hearing Poor vision She had a bad fall, broke hip and that kicked off a downward spiral of issues. Ulcerative colitis flared and caused an issue with swallowing. She is on a puree and thickened liquids diet, that appears to be a permanent situation. She is mobile but occasionally needs a walker/cane to assist getting in/out of bed and shower. About the care needs: Nothing specific. Prefer female that is patient, caring and funny Understanding diet needs (puree) No recent surgery Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
