About who needs care: -Has Parkinsons and Dementia -Has a wound on his bottom that needs wound care once a day and as needed -Is bed bound -Doesnt usually feed himself -Very quiet and sleeps a lot About the care needs: -Gentle and kind (his body hurts, especially his bottom) -Comforting, nice, friendly, professional -Able to turn him on his side to clean and do wound care on his bottom Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
