Companion Care Needed

I'm looking for hands-on care for my wife in her 80s. Some help needed with bathroom duties and walking. I will have lunch and dinner made. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. We have a 1-year-old friendly pug that may need a walk while I am away. I have a colonoscopy that I need to have done. I will pay for a full 8 hours and will probably be back earlier than the 8 hours.
