Babysitter Needed

We are a family looking for a part-time nanny (approximately 3 days a week with some flexibility with days and hours). Our ideal candidate has experience with newborns and is comfortable with feeding, diapering, soothing, and supporting early developmental milestones. We value someone who is attentive, patient, and communicative, and who will provide a safe, nurturing environment for our baby. We want to follow a no screen time approach for our child, so were looking for someone who is aligned with this and will engage our baby through hands-on interaction, talking, reading, and age-appropriate play. In addition to regular daytime care, we may occasionally need help for date nights.
