Babysitter Needed for my Children

My husband and I are looking for a kind, reliable recurring sitter for our 2-year-old son near Green Lake. We mainly need help on Wednesday and/or Friday afternoons, about 2:30-5:30 PM, and then 1-2 Sunday shifts per month. We are hoping to find someone long-term who enjoys toddlers, play, reading, walks, and calm connection. Our parenting style leans gentle and responsive, and we value patience, warmth, and positive discipline. We have two dogs, so comfort with pets is important. No heavy housekeeping expected.
