We are looking for a nurturing, experienced, and dependable full-time nanny to join our family team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a split-focus day between a newborn and a preschooler while mom works from home. This position requires a unique balance of gentle, attentive care for an infant in the morning, and high-energy engagement for a 4-year-old in the afternoon and evening. This position is on a rolling schedule meaning its 4 days a week that shuffles by a day each week. For example Week 1 Mon -Thursday Week 2 Tues - Friday And so on.
