Live alone, in wheelchair, one bath and one bedroom get no use, 2000sf half carpet half tile, want person that pays attention to what needs attention, not someone that blindly follows a checklist, Sun City home, prefer 3 week schedule. It's ideally 2. 5 to 3 man hour job, ideally 2 people 1. 5 hours. Bathrooms are always clean, main jobs are mop vacuum dust.
