Mailroom Member Services Specialist - 1st Shift - Now Hiring

We are seeking to hire a Mailroom and Member Service worker for our valued client in Madison, WI! 

Let's talk about the available?shift:  

• 1st Shift Mailroom and Member Service workers work?Monday – Friday, 7 am - 5 pm

The Pay?for Mailroom workers: 

• 1st Shift - $18 - $20 (Bilingual ENG - SPA)

Job Duties of the Mailroom and Member Serviced Workers:  

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
• Prepare outgoing mail, including labeling, packaging, and ensuring proper postage
• Process loans, withdrawals and surrenders of existing policies
• Process premium payments to include credit card and online payments
• • Field phone calls to answer questions from the member or agent, determine next steps, and prepare necessary paperwork

Qualifications: Experience in the life insurance industry is a plus but is not required. We will train you. Experience in Customer Service jobs, Strong verbal and written communication skills
