RN LPN LVN

The RN LPN LVN plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive nursing care by monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and supporting wound care and health education. This position involves collaboration with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans while ensuring patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Administer prescribed medications safely
• Perform wound care and dressing changes
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans
• Participate in developing and updating individualized care plans
• Conduct thorough health assessments

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Certification
• Valid RN, LPN, or LVN License

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of nursing experience
• Strong patient care skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
