Commercial Carpenter

People Source is seeking a dependable Commercial Carpenter with at least 1 year of commercial construction experience to join our team on a commercial construction project in Roanoke, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills while working alongside experienced construction professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install sheetrock according to project specifications
• Read and interpret tape measurements accurately
• Assist with framing, backing, blocking, and general carpentry tasks
• Install doors, hardware, trim, and other finish carpentry components as needed
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of commercial carpentry experience
• Experience measuring, cutting, and installing sheetrock
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
