About the Role:
Campbell's Premier Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Campbell, CA. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation preferred
- Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff
- Ability to manage a patient caseload efficiently and independently
- CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date
