Production Worker - Now Hiring

Our client in Cumberland is seeking 1st & 2nd Shift Production Workers to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Cumberland, WI

Pay Range: $17.25 to $18.25/hr

Shift: 2nd, 3p-11p (Mon-Fri)

What's the Job?

• Operate machines to produce product
• Package products to prepare for shipping
• Follow established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations
• Up to 2 Year Contract with potential for hire on
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
