Onsite Supervisor 3rd shift - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading staffing and workforce solutions provider, is seeking a Onsite Supervisor 3rd shift to join their team. As a Onsite Supervisor 3rd shift, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting workforce management and client service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Onsite Supervisor 3rd shift

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $24-$25 an hour

Shift: 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Support daily site operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, talent, and management to address daily challenges
• Manage data entry, reporting, and ensure compliance with contractual and safety standards
• Engage with talent, conduct check-ins, and monitor performance to foster a positive work environment
• Assist in administrative tasks such as safety reporting, time management, and compliance audits

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in staffing, human resources, or a client-facing operational role
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency with desktop applications such as MS Suite, SharePoint, Outlook, and Workforce Management Systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems proactively
