Technical Production Associate - Now Hiring

Job Title: Production Technician (Technical Support)
Location: Rockford, TN (onsite)
Shift: 1st shift, 9am to 5pm
Pay: $25 to $26 per hour
Position Type: Temp to hire

We’re hiring a Production Technician to support a growing manufacturing team working with materials used in medical imaging. This is a hands on role in a production environment, ideal for someone who is detail oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with equipment.

What you’ll be doing:
• operating production equipment to support daily manufacturing
• cutting, shaping, and processing materials using specialized tools
• assisting with grinding, polishing, and finishing parts
• loading and unloading equipment and keeping work areas clean
• following detailed work instructions and safety procedures
• tracking materials and documenting production steps
• working with engineering and quality teams to support improvements

What we’re looking for:
• experience in manufacturing, production, machine shop, or similar environment
• good attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• solid work ethic and reliability
• comfortable working with hands and performing repetitive tasks
• ability to work in a team environment

nice to have:
• experience with saws, grinding, polishing, or precision work
• experience in quality inspection or measuring tools
