Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company located in Park 100 is seeking dedicated and motivated Hand Order Picker Associates and Material Handlers to join their growing team. As a Hand Order Picker Associate or Material Handler  you will play a vital role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail.

Location: Indianapolis, IN - Park 100

Pay Range: $17 - $21 per hour

Shift: Multiple shifts available, including 1st and 2nd shifts

What's the Job?

• Operate hand order picking equipment to accurately select items for shipment
• Ensure all orders are picked correctly and efficiently to meet daily targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site
• Ability to lift and carry items as required by the job
