Reservation Specialist
Location: Tulsa
Pay: $17
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday

Job Summary
Provide support to customers regarding their reservation (pre, during and post reservation) . The role focuses on resolving customer concerns, explaining  terms and policies, and negotiating solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service and take ownership of customer interactions.

• Resolve inquiries and complaints by identifying issues and providing effective solutions.

• Communicate  terms, policies, and program information clearly.

• Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.

• Meet performance targets such as customer satisfaction and quality standards.

• Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment

• Customer service or contact center experience preferred.
