Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Shifts Available:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM
  Overtime: As business needs require

Position Overview

Manpower is hiring Material Handlers in Ash Flat, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, storing, staging, and transporting products and raw materials throughout the facility in a safe, efficient, and organized manner to support production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport products and materials throughout the facility manually and using forklifts, overhead lifts/cranes, and push carts
• Maintain accurate records of all parts moving to and from storage racks
• Count, weigh, and document material units handled
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory assessments
• Load orders onto trailers according to specifications and sequence, completing required paperwork
• Unload, move, stack, and stage customer products and materials using manual and powered equipment while maintaining accurate records

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or the ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, stretching, bending, twisting, and carrying objects
• Willingness to complete additional duties as assigned
• Ability to pass a forklift certification written exam and driving test

Working Conditions

This position operates in a typical shop floor environment with potential exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, heat, cold, noise, vibration, oil, and water.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in any field
• 1–3 years of consistent work experience
• Previous forklift certification
