Our client, a leader in supply chain management, is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting multiple field sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Knoxville, TN
Pay Range: $25.00/hour
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
What's the Job?
- Support 43 field sites by performing financial receipt of materials
- Collaborate with finance teams on reports to minimize receiving and billing errors
- Provide performance metrics to field representatives on site
- Interact with site personnel to obtain physical inventory counts of specific materials
- Utilize administrative tools such as Excel and Outlook to manage tasks efficiently
What's Needed?
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in Supply Chain
- Proficiency in Excel and email management (Outlook)
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret financial and technical information independently
- Strong time management skills and ability to plan work effectively
