Warehouse Utility - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Warehouse Utility to join their team. As a Warehouse Utility, you will be part of the operations department supporting production and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Utility

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $18 to $20 an hour

Shift: 8am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain a powered industrial forklift (stand-up double reach preferred) safely and efficiently.
• Count, pick, and transport inventory components to support production processes.
• Assist in setting up production cells and ensure production areas are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Perform inventory management tasks, including completing Smart Sheets accurately.
• Support production team as needed to meet daily manufacturing and shipping goals.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years experience operating forklifts, preferably stand-up/narrow reach models.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math and analytical skills for inventory tracking and basic calculations.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and order tracking.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
