Youth Life Coach

Our client, an organization dedicated to supporting youth development and community engagement, is seeking a Youth Coach to join their team. As a a Coach, you will be part of the Youth Program team supporting students from under-resourced communities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Youth Coach

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

Shift: 830am to 330 pm 

What's the Job?

• Work with elementary, middle, and high school students in a structured youth program
• Support students from under-resourced communities around the world
• Assist in implementing program activities and educational sessions
• Provide mentorship and guidance to foster positive development
• Collaborate with team members to ensure program success

• No prior experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Dependability and reliability
• Comfortable working with youth of all ages
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
