Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Customer Service Rep I

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour 

Shift: 9am-5:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Off Thursday & Sunday

What's the Job?

  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to resolve issues effectively
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to deliveries and services
  • Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders and assist with driver check-ins

What's Needed?

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
  • Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
