Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Tech in Richmond VA to join their dynamic team. As a Field Service Tech, you will be an essential part of the service department, supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Field Service Tech
Location: Richmond, VA (Regional travel within the area)
Pay Range: $27/hr - $40/hr
Shift: Regular Day Shift
What's the Job?
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of press brakes and shearing equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional technical support.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to promote a safe working environment.
What's Needed?
- Basic technical knowledge of press brake and shear machinery.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
