Process Auditor & Quality Tester – Urgently Hiring

Manpower is urgently hiring for two key roles - Process Auditor and Quality Tester - to join our team in New Bedford at Acushnet Company (Titleist), a global leader in golf equipment and innovation.

Pay & Shifts

• 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday | 3:00pm – 11:00pm | $20.15/hr

• 3rd Shift, Sunday – Thursday | 11:00pm – 7:00am |$21.32/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and accuracy

• Identify and report any variations in data or procedures

• Support continuous improvement efforts

• Inspect products for quality and cosmetic standards

• Perform testing to ensure product consistency

• Document results and report findings

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify variations in data or product quality

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• Interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships

• Previous manufacturing, quality, or inspection experience is a plus
