Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: EP experience, structural heart experience, and minimum of 1 year Cardiac Catheterization Lab experience.

Required Credentials: Graduation from a Radiologic Technology program or Graduation from a CVT program. Graduate of CAHEP accredited CVT program or completion of 2 (two) years Radiologic Technology training program approved by AMA. For Radiologic Technology program graduates: any one (1) of the following credentials required: ARRT registration with CI credentials; or RCIS, or RCES credentials from CCI; or CEPS certification from IBHRE. For CVT program graduates: any one (1) of the following credentials required: RCIS, or RCES credentials from CCI; or CEPS certification from IBHRE.

Unit Details: Performs diagnostic fluoroscopic angiographic procedures, coronary and peripheral interventions, and electrophysiology procedures. Assists with patient preparation for cardiac procedures, pre- and post-procedure monitoring, sterile technique, and contrast media preparation.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certifications RCES, CEPS
