Production Worker

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker you will be an essential part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, teamwork, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Athens, TN

Pay Range: $17.88 + shift differential

Shift: 2nd- 2:30pm - 11:00pm /  3rd- 10:30pm - 7:00am

What's the Job?

• Load steel bars onto vertical racks for plating process
• Unload steel pieces after the plating process
• Operate in a factory environment with attention to safety protocols
• Maintain physical fitness to perform lifting and manual tasks
• Work efficiently with team members to meet production schedules

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English
• Proficient in basic math skills
• Ability to lift 10-30 pounds repeatedly
• Physical fitness to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and lift for long periods
