About the Position

TransForce is seeking qualified CDL Class A Reefer Drivers to support the distribution operation in Lawrenceville, GA. This position involves food service deliveries to coffee chain locations using refrigerated equipment. Drivers must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with multiple-stop routes and touch freight.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay Rate: Training Pay is $26.50 per hour
• Average Gross Pay: $1,875–$2,100 per week after training
• Estimated First-Year Earnings: Approximately $97,000
• Schedule: Start time 1 pm - 4.30 pm
• Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Details

• Route Type: Local and overnight food service deliveries
• Freight: Touch freight, including milk crates
• Equipment: Refrigerated trucks and trailers
• Handling: Physical unloading at customer locations

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A refrigerated equipment for deliveries
• Complete local and overnight routes to national coffee chain locations
• Unload freight at multiple stops (approximately 12 to 15 stops per night)
• Occasionally operate a CDL-B truck when needed

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Valid CDL Class A license
• Reefer experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with touch freight and food service deliveries
• Must be safety-focused, dependable, and professional
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
