Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Every Other Weekend Required | On-Call Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting with a patient ratio of 1:2
• Float to Stepdown and Medical/Surgical departments as needed, with Stepdown ratios of 1:3–4
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
• Participate in on-call requirements as requested by the unit
• Adhere to scheduled every-other-weekend commitments and holiday requirements, including at least one winter holiday

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current NIHSS certification required
• Ability and willingness to float to Stepdown and Medical/Surgical departments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR
• Prior travel nursing experience
• Comfort working in a mixed ICU and Stepdown care environment
