Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across a high-volume OR environment averaging 60–70 cases per day across 13 operating suites and 2 minor procedure rooms
• Scrub and circulate on a variety of surgical cases including General, OB/GYN, Neuro, Vascular, Endovascular, Orthopedics, Plastics, Interventional Pain, ENT, Eyes, and Da Vinci Robotic procedures
• Participate in rotating call coverage including evening call (6:45 PM–11:15 PM) with a 30-minute response time requirement
• Float within service lines as needed based on comfort and competency (e.g., Vascular/Endo to General, URO, GYN, and Ortho)
• Collaborate with surgical teams and support charge nurse in daily OR board operations as needed
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current, unexpired government-issued photo ID required at time of submittal
• BLS certification (required)
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Ability to scrub cases in the OR
• Willingness and ability to participate in rotating call schedule, including weekend call

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification preferred
• Strong OR scrub and circulating background across multiple surgical specialties
• Experience with Da Vinci robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Familiarity with cardiovascular, orthopedic, or endovascular service lines
