Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel CT/X-Ray Technologist to join a busy acute care radiology department. The ideal candidate will perform both CT and diagnostic X-ray procedures while delivering exceptional patient care and producing high-quality diagnostic images. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and diagnostic X-ray examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Prepare, position, and educate patients while ensuring comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while following radiation safety and infection control standards.
• Perform fluoroscopy procedures within the scope of certification and state regulations.

• Minimum 2 years of recent CT/X-Ray Technologist experience in an acute care setting.
• Current ARRT (R) certification.
• Current ARRT (CT) certification.
• Active California Radiologic Technologist License.
• Current California Fluoroscopy Permit.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
